Many months ago I started writing about my life and discovered just how little I knew 
about my ancestors. My partner was also tracing her family tree, and this is her gift 
to me.

To my grand children, I leave you this information, and hope you also find it 
interesting. How I wish My grandad had this left something to me it would have saved 
a lot of searching and months trying to peice it all together - but here it is -
